Our farmers in Qaen, a village located in south Khorasan, are busy during October to collect fresh, healthy barberry. The fresh barberry is being used to produce juice, barberry concentrate, and barberry paste but, more than 75% of crop will be sent to the processing plant, where it is being washed, dried and packed.
